A young Vietnamese woman falls for a Hungarian man at a time when cross-cultural love is still forbidden. The other is set in present days, with Song Ha, a young Vietnamese woman arriving the city to search for her roots, but eventually a romantic relationship blossoms between her and Viktor, a Hungarian man.
